Recently, President Du Jingang of Ziyuan Group joined an investigation group led by Tang Chuan, deputy secretary of County Party Committee and Wang Jianhua, member of the county standing committee and deputy county magistrate, to visit Shanghai for study and investigation. Other group members included Li Jinfeng, deputy director of the county government office, Wang Wenyu, director of the construction committee, Huang Yan, director of management committee for the core area, and Long Xiaoping, president of Chongqing Donghong Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. As a professional in the planning and construction industry, Du Jingang, the President of Ziyuan Group, plays an important role in the field of urban planning, design and construction, and moreover, has some unique opinions in aspect of urban construction and operation. President Du’s participation in the trip to Shanghai was to learn experience for planning and construction of the new urban core area in Tongliang County, to align government decisions with professional thoughts and to integrate fashion factors with local features organically and comprehensively, so as to build a new featured urban district and a new landmark.
    During this trip, the new urban district of Shanghai was taken as the key investigation area, while Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel, Plaza 66, Twin Tower in Grand Gateway, Jinmao Tower, Kerry Parkside and K11, etc. were taken as key investigation projects; special attention was given to design, innovation and structure of some individual items.  
    Purposes of this investigation were as following: firstly, the building volume, facades color and material of business area in new urban district; secondly, the general planning situation and planning idea for construction of a business area in the new urban district; thirdly, the industrial state planning and investment condition of the business area in the new urban district; fourthly, other advanced ideas, experience, methods and measures for construction of the business area in the new urban district. In addition, distance measurement was done to know the relation between environment space and buildings.
    Upon end of this investigation, the investigation group conducted a full analysis of the investigated objects, having developed novel ideas, accumulated advanced experience and created favorable conditions for the next-stage construction and planning of the new urban district in Tongliang County.
