On May 22, 2013, accompanied by Tang Shuanghong, Deputy General Manager of Ziyuan Group and related persons from the Engineering Department, Du Jingang, President of Ziyuan Group, inspected the particular construction conditions on the construction site and carefully listened to the reports of related persons from the Engineering Department on quality, progress and safety of the project.
      After analysis of the reports, General Manager Du convened a special session of the Engineering Department and the Project Department, at which General Manager Du expressed satisfaction with the current work of the Engineering Department; meanwhile, he emphasized that staff of all departments should take responsibility and fulfill their duties in strict accordance with the annual goals and assignments; engineers should make full use of their techniques and advantages and strive to turn Fontainebleau buildings and landscapes into a classic project.
      In addition, General Manager Du also required all staff to work hard during working hours and stressed the forbiddance on surfing, watching movie, playing games and doing other things irrelevant to work during working hours.
      At last, General Manager Du deployed work to be done by the Project Department in the following period and emphasized that each department should complete first-phase preparations with close focus on opening of the foreign-style houses to ensure a successful opening and achievement of expectation.
