On January 28, 2014, the Group held the Annual Work Summary and Fellow Worker Commendation Conference in the Conference Room of Tongliang Grand Hotel. Deputy General Manager Du Jinqiang presided over the conference; leaders of all levels in the Group as well as all the staff were present at the conference.

      The conference was started by the Report on the Work Summary 2013 and Work Thinking for 2014 from President and General Manager Du Jingang. In the Report, he reviewed and summarized achievements and problems of the Company in 2013, presented deployment and prospect of work in 2014, and proposed requirements and expectations for all the staff and management persons.

      Afterwards, Mr. Tang Shuanghong, Deputy General Manager of the Group, shared his experience in management with the staff, and encouraged the staff that the Group provided development space for anyone who was competent and willing to undertake responsibilities.

      At the conference, outstanding employees of the Group, advanced individuals of the departments and excellent department heads were commended for their demonstrative contributions; Yi Pengwen who won the title of an Excellent Department Head gave a speech on behalf of all award winners.

      At last, Deputy General Manager Du Jinqiang had an overall review of the conference, in the hope that all the staff would carefully summarize the past and make concerted efforts to work in a coordinated manner, so as to realize the operation and development goals of the Group in 2014; he also expressed sincere greetings and gratitude to the staff.
