It is known that in order to set up the enterprise’s good social image, further promote the healthy development of the industry, eliminate releases of false information, provide effective information of real estate to the public, based on the requirement of YKBF [2013] No. 61 Document of Chongqing Comprehensive Construction and Development Management Office, Chongqing Real Estate Development Association will organize real estate development enterprises to jointly create a platform for “real estate announcements in Chongqing”, through which projects (enterprises), outstanding model projects (enterprises) and new qualified enterprises in the past year will be announced to the public.

Chongqing Ziyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is one of the first enterprises winning the honorary title of "Model Enterprise for Excellent Performance in Chongqing Real Estate Development in 2014". There are 26 award winners, which are all real estate development enterprises representing the regionally highest level as recommended by construction committees of the districts and counties from 3,400 real estate enterprises in Chongqing. On the morning of May 6, 2014, a 4-member group, comprising the Director of the Industry Information Department of Chongqing Real Estate Development Association, the Director of the Property Announcement Platform and the Platform Operation Director, awarded a plaque to Ziyuan Group and visited the company under the company of Chairman Du Jingang.

According to the responsible person of the platform for “real estate announcements in Chongqing”, the first projects and enterprises announced and released on the platform had been strictly selected. “In future, citizens may assure themselves of purchasing properties from projects with ‘announcement’ plaques hanging at the sales centers, as the plaques represents the trustworthiness of the projects.”
