Since its establishment in September 2000, the Trade Union Committee has been working in observance of the articles of association to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the staff in accordance with the law, defend the welfare of the staff according to regulations, guide the staff in proposing advice and suggestions for the development of the enterprise, encourage the staff at different positions to work hard, and actively support the work of the Federation of Trade Unions of Tongliang County.
      Due to outstanding performance of the Trade Union, it was awarded the honorary title of a “pioneer worker” by the Federation of Trade Unions of Tongliang County in this March.
      Chongqing Ziyuan Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. has been focusing on pioneering activities, so as to promote the scientific development of the enterprise and realize common construction and sharing based on the activities. Through the activities, team members have been fully activated, production has been optimized, and technical skills have been improved. Meanwhile, pioneer workers have been playing an exemplary role in promoting harmonious, stable and sustainable development of the enterprise.
      Presently it is a critical period for rapid development of the company. The Trade Union has new tasks and a new mission under the new situation. We will follow the instruction of “studying the mass line”, focus on central tasks, serve for global interests, strengthen the democratic management, and highlight maintenance function; we will also enhance the capability of performing basic responsibilities according to the law, so as to make the Trade Union a well-organized and trustworthy family of workers that functions effectively and properly to protect legitimate rights, so as to play a more significant role in the rapid development of the company.
