On February 14, 2015, the Group Company held its annual work summarization and staff commendation conference at the multi-functional hall of Tongliang Menghu Hotel. The conference was chaired by Du Jinqiang, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, with presence of leaders at all levels and the whole staff.

Chairman and General Manager Du Jingang presented the Annual Work Summary Report of Ziyuan Group first, in which he affirmed the achievements of the company in this year. In 2014, the company achieved significant development and expansion; though there was no major breakthrough of economic indicators, a qualitative leap was made in the development of projects, having further expanded the development regions of the company and created a new milestone. In addition, the professional awareness and professional quality of fellow colleagues were also improved.

In addition to summarization of achievements, the report also indicated problems of the Group in 2014. Chairman Du pointed out and emphasized three shortcomings: 1. No major breakthrough in the overall performance; 2. Obvious insufficient executive power of partial workers; 3. Imperfect internal operation management. He also conducted deep analysis of the shortcomings above, and proposed the deployment of and expectations for work in 2015, as well as requirements and expectations for individual departments, all the staff and management personnel.

After that, Tang Shuanghong, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, shared his experience with all the staff. He hoped that young workmates could concentrate on their work, make constant efforts, be bold to take responsibility, learn constantly and perform well in work, so as to reflect their own value and change their fate.

At the conference, departments and individuals that had made contributions to the Group Company or had set examples for other workers in 2014 were commended. Xu Jianchuan, a winner of the “Long-term Contribution Award” and Liu Xiaolin, representative of the “Outstanding Department Award” winner made award-winning speeches, respectively.

Finally, Du Jinqiang, Deputy Executive General Manager made a summary speech, in which he affirmed the achievements in work, and hoped that all the staff could seriously learn from the past and work in a solid and realistic manner, so as to achieve the business development target of the Group Company in 2015. In addition, he also sent holiday greetings and heartfelt thanks to the whole staff.
