On February 4, 2016, the Group Company held its annual work summary and employee commendation meeting at the multi-functional hall of Dream Lake Resort Hotel in Tongliang. The meeting, chaired by Tang Shuanghong, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, had the presence of Group’s leaders at all levels and all the staff.

    Chairman and General Manager Du Jingang presented Ziyuan Group’s Annual Work Summary for 2015 at first, in which he recognized achievements of the company in the previous year. Mr. Du represented that 2015 was an extraordinary year, as well as a year of accumulation for the company. In the year, the company had realized steady progress of its projects, and made breakthroughs out of ordinary development by walking out of the country and marching into foreign markets; it also established a prospective international development strategy and invested in real estate project in Jeju, South Korea, in realization of leap-forward development. Although companies under the Group had different performances, some good and some bad, the Group achieved generally good performance in comparison with other peer enterprises in the industry under the overall situation of economic downturn and real estate bust in China.

    In addition to summarization of achievements, he also pointed out internal problems of the Group in 2015, and specially stressed four major deficiencies: (1) No big breakthrough in overall performance; (2) Few sound strategy against market changes; (3) Reduction of overall executive force; (4) Imperfect management system and failed implementation of the system without delay. In consideration of the foregoing deficiencies, Mr. Du presented comprehensive and profound analysis and summarization. He also deployed work of the Group Company in 2016, and proposed expectations as well as requirements for all departments and the staff. He hoped that all the staff should stand at a new starting point, be united and committed when facing severe challenges to come, work solidly and innovatively, and fulfill the work targets and tasks assigned by the company for the year. Mr. Du finally expressed his festival greetings and gratitude to all the staff and their families.

    Subsequently, Ms. Du Qingmiao, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, introduced to the staff the development plan of the company in the following five years. Ms. Du hoped that through this meeting, all Ziyuan people might have clear understanding of the company’s arrangements and development in the following five years, and could make their career plans and setting goals following the general direction of the company, so as to develop themselves together with the company.

    At the meeting, departments and individuals that made contributions to the Group Company or were set as examples in 2015 were commended. Deng Haixia, winner of the “Special Award from the Chairman”, and Liao Zhengping, winner of the “Superior Property Consultant Award”, presented a speech, respectively.

    Finally, Mr. Tang Shuanghong summarized the meeting, recognized achievements of all the staff in work, and expressed his hope that all the staff could seriously summarize and conquer shortcomings, work in a united manner, make more progress, overcome difficulties and do work well, so as to realize the Group Company’s operation and development goals for 2016.
