Du Jingang, President and General Manager of Ziyuan Group participated in “Zhejiang University — 2012 Entrepreneurship Training Class for Chongqing Private Entrepreneurs” and returned to the company after the study was finished in Hangzhou on November19. The training class organized by Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce and funded by Chong Municipal People’s Government had brought many large, medium and small enterprises together. There were totally 64 trainees in the class, including enterprise managers from different industries and 3 leaders of Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce.
Course Learning
    From last Monday to Sunday, the training lasted for 7 days. The schedule of the whole learning process was tight and the learning content was extremely rich, which involved business management, micro-economy, policy interpretation, social difficult and hot issues and even contents relating to Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism and health maintenance.
    Specific courses included: Development of Non-public Sectors of the Economy and Industry Transformation and Upgrading, Economic and Social Difficult & Hot Issues and Strategic Management of Enterprises, Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism and Business Management, Avoidance and Prevention of Legal Risk in Enterprise Operation, Innovative Thinking and Management Innovation, Zhejiang Spirit and Inheritance, Current Micro-economic Situation and Policy Analysis. All courses were given by relevant professors and doctoral supervisors of Zhejiang University.
Penetration into enterprises
    The whole training not only included various courses, but also organized all trainees to visit “Alibaba Group” and “Wahaha Group” and to learn advanced management experience, excellent enterprise cultures and unique working environment of local enterprises.
Penetration into market
    On the last day of training, all trainees had a visit to “Yiwu Small Commodities Market” and felt the local large-scale and industrialized open market on the scene.
