On March 10, 2014, the company held its annual target responsibility signing conference at the company’s meeting room. More than 20 persons, including Chairman and General Manager Du Jingang, Deputy Executive General Manager Du Jinqiang, Deputy General Managers Du Jinwei, Tang Shuanghong, Wen Fu and other staff above the supervisor level of the department attended the signing conference. The conference was chaired by Deputy Executive General Manager Du Jinqiang.

Before signing target responsibility, Chairman Du Jingang made a mobilization speech, in which he placed emphasis on the following aspects: each department should correctly understand the significance of the signing target responsibility, clearly understand the situation, undertake clarified tasks, have a sense of urgency during work, take clarified responsibility, strengthen the measures, improve the executive force and strictly obey requirements, so as to build a high-quality management team.

After that, the general managers and the deputy general managers respectively explained economic indicators, and signed the target responsibility with the principals of relevant departments.
